Truffles
We make all of our truffles by hand. Combine rich chocolate, heavy cream, and flavorings to create a rich ganashe. Pipe the truffles and allow the ingredients to blend. Roll each one by hand. Dip into rich chocolate. Add embellishments. No additives, preservatives or artificial coloring.
Our liqueur flavored truffles do not contain alcohol.
