Candy Making Supplies
We offer the following supplies for our local chocolatiers:
Chocolates - Tempered
Rich flavorful chocolates. The same ones we use in our products. These chocolates require tempering.
- Milk Chocolate
A very light, traditional Swiss milk chocolate. - Semi-sweet Chocolate
A reddish cast with a fruity, winey flavor. - Dark Chocolate
A European style bittersweet chocolate. - White Chocolate
A rich cream color and cocoa butter-based, includes whole milk
Confectionary Coatings
Confectionery coatings have a creamy texture with no waxiness. Good for hand dipping, moulding, and enrobing. This product does not need to be tempered, since it does not contain cocoa butter.
- Milk
Good for moulding. - Semi-sweet
Good for baking. - White
Can be colored and/or flavored with oil based products
Candy Oils
We offer a wide variety of LorAnn Oils.
- Super strength flavors, in a one dram
size.
Three to four times stronger than grocery store extracts. Perfect for candy making, frostings, fudges, and fondants.
